Is there a new business under construction in the old Charming Charlies location?

I believe it's Dog Haus (https://doghaus.com/), a California-based restaurant chain focused on hot dogs and sausages. I ate at one in Yuma a while back. I didn't like it quite as much as our local favorite Short Leash, but it was pretty good.

Well another retail spot bites the dust...always found this place kinda pricey. Hopefully something else moves in quickly...

Grabbagreen has been aggressively expanding nationwide. I wonder if the chain got overextended.
