TransLink had put forward their preferred routing a while ago, which aligned with the CoV's desires.

However, it's in the Province's hands now, and they're in the process of doing their own business case, which will determine whether they agree with that routing alignment, station locations, etc. You can imagine how much this has thrilled the other parties involved in this who thought it was a settled issue.
