thats why i used "" around done.

i think from a realistic standpoint, all the "real" centres are connected.
Maple ridge has a population of only 90k and the entire shore (West Van, City North Van + Dist. North Van) is 190k. but that 190k is spread over a massive area, which cant really be serviced just by getting to Lonsdale.
from a reality standpoint, i think "done" is acceptable once UBCx is built. of course there would be some nice things, the Purple-Line being one.

i am glad theyre doing planning/early works for this. but it shouldnt have been a different project. with all the money the feds throw at the east, would have been nice to get even a small bit of that to get to UBC.
