Unless something has changed, there will be a 22,000 sq. ft. grocery store on the second level and a 16,000 sq. ft. pharmacy on the ground level. There was speculation on here about who might take the units when it was announced, but it doesn't seem like Austerville have confirmed their tenants yet (assuming they're signed up).
