Why do you say this? I think residential is a great addition to a large mall, and should be a thing. Older people with mobility issues could benefit greatly in living in a condo attached to a mall, for example. I think I'd love that when I am 90 years old.

Why is it "wisely" prohibited? The more working people living right in the centre of downtown the better for everything.
