We've heard about Canada taking on a global leadership role for decades now. Remember Harper and Trudeau's pitches for a security council seat? Remember "Canada's back"? Our international relationships are in tatters after the last Butts/Telford acolyte, so I'm not particularly optimistic that their chosen successor will have any more success when he promises the same thing.
The CBC article you've linked here is over 3 years old at this point. You have a tendency to regurgitate whatever pops up on your social media feed without doing even the most basic due diligence. Has PP said anything recently about Bitcoin? My search shows nothing. Please post it here if he has.
