Really? The busiest bus route in the region that's been studied to death and he thinks this is "rushing headlong"? Even with half as many people riding the 99B it would still be looking at an upgrade to Skytrain, just maybe not as quickly as it is now.
They should have the next Mayors Council meeting at UBC and force all the mayors to take the 99 B-Line to get there.
