Those are old renders, and the retail signs were misleading. It doesn't seem credible that either Aritzia or H&M were ever serious suggestions - the renderer presumably just stuck a couple of placeholder logos on the units. There's no suggestion that there's now any intention of putting a station entrance on the corner; until we see the final Broadway station plans we won't know for certain, but the earlier conversation was probably correct. It'll be across the street where Scotiabank used to be located. The building, as completed, doesn't exactly match those renders. As built, there's an overhang on the rooftop floor, for example.
