Also depends on if he/she lives near a SkyTrain Station and whether the workplace is also near a station - bussing it to a station would kill it.
... or does he/she have free parking at work?
... and/or does he/she have other commitments after work that are not easily accessible by SkyTrain (ie sports practices)?
