Sperling has a lot of empty land available though.
On a side note, the Saputo/Dairyland plant beside Sperling Station is closed now (I haven't seen any vehicles, trucks, trailers, or people there for the past month). I wonder what the land owner (Peterson Group? https://petersonbc.com/properties/saputo/) has planned for the area? Either lease out the old plant to another company or demolition for new development. I'm hoping for the latter.
