That's got to be a new record in terms of inventing inaccurate boundaries for Arcadia. I've encountered previous attempts to claim that 24th Street or even 20th Street are in Arcadia, but never before have I seen a claim that its boundaries extend west of SR51.

Edit: I should add that it also seems like a new record for trying to expand the boundaries in a southern direction. All the previous claims of Arcadia identity I've seen have stopped at Thomas. The historic southern boundary is the Arizona Canal, and 44th Street traditionally been the western edge of the neighborhood.
