There is the original arcadia but now people tend to use it to mean everything from Thomas-Camelback and Biltmore-scottsdale.
As the area gentrifies the gentrified neighborhoods try to associate with the good name. Nobody uses the term "camelback east"
Weather thats how it was or what it should be is irrelevant neighborhoods are determined on social consensus and the very fancy neighborhood of the OG Arcadia wasnt able to protect its name.
