16th St & McDowell is Arcadia now??

Everyone knows the bones of east McDowell Rd are decent, good to see more interest and projects finally.

Actually, McDowell Rd from I-17 to the 51 is pretty interesting and probably the best arterial "urban" streetscape in Phoenix. Aside from the typical empty lots that came from the dark ages of our City, and some of the big blocks near the Banner Hospital, it's a nice mix of new larger developments, street side retail and historic housing (single family and some apartments). Roosevelt between the 7s is better and more walkable, but not an arterial.
