I was thinking 105 ave and King George... great location just outside the CBD or 108 ave and city park way where there's temporary shelters... right across the Skytrain station.

I don’t understand how you expect the land there to be vacant long enough for a stadium. The reserved Scott Road lot and the Parking lots around it are probably the best choice. People don’t like living next to stadiums, and yet it’s close to both New West and Surrey.
