Decent stretches of mid teen temps in BC in March is far from out of the ordinary.

hmmmm I'm coming to the same conclusion this side of the Rockies within this part of Western Canada too Metro-one..
Most of the Prairie Provinces including Northern Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba was well below normal temp for the month of February.
Calgary mean temp was only 3ºC or 4ºC above normal in Dec & Jan, Feb ended up within a single degree above of normal mean. Last November was 3ºC below normal.
.
Edmonton mean temp was about 2ºC colder than normal for Nov & Feb but about 2ºC above for Dec & Jan.
Regina & Winnipeg were similar as Edmonton with being below a few degrees of normal for Nov & Feb but 2ºC or 3ºC above for Dec & Jan.
Over all for the Prairies last four months it was colder than normal for November and February and warmer than normal for December and January, which makes saying "
4th month in a row of extremely above normal temps" a little misleading if not untrue.
