Re: Downtown. I wouldn't call it flat - it's the steepest part of the city. The cross streets are all pretty flat but you still have to walk down there and back up. If you turned left onto any side street in that photo it'd be a very steep incline.

But yeah they've been very good with snow removal this year. We get less downtown than up in the suburbs anyway. Same as when it's foggy. Usually the fog is about at the elevation of Signal Hill or The Rooms. So you can't see across the street in the suburbs, but downtown it's clear as a bell with a low ceiling.
