I've heard it called the "the Comfy Seat Dilemma".
Who wants to leave their seat at Commercial-Broadway to be crushed onto an Expo train to get downtown, when they can sit & rest for another few minutes & switch trains at Broadway-City Hall before being crushed on a Canada line train heading downtown.
