Tunnels are cool and all... but the cost of that tunnel in Halifax rock would be eye-watering.

I agree though, that if having an integrated system using various modes of transport, like rail, the current Ferry/bus location at the Law Courts is far from ideal.

What about moving the ferry terminal to the open area by the Casino, between the Casino and the dockyards where the Harbour Hopper launches, then develop an integrated bus/rail terminal as part of the Cogswell replacement?
