One thing is for sure, we pretty much know all of them will include condos, offices, retail, some sort of open plaza or park space, library / NHL arena... so I'm really interested to see the "what else"

Of course there'll be an open plaza.
There's always a wind-swept, barren, sterile, dysfunctional, useless and unused open plaza (for all Canadians) in these plans.
The only question is which corner the 14 flagpoles will go on.
