Ah, ok, got it. Yes, it is a bunch of chain stores. At least they're in an urban format, which IMO makes it okay as it can evolve into something else over time. The economics of new developments doesn't lend well to independent retailers.

As for the Shops at Don Mills, that's an example of the incredible urbanization of Toronto's suburbs that's happened in recent years. It would be awesome if we could replicate that in Ottawa. The Gloucester Centre complex would be a perfect candidate for that kind of redevelopment IMO.
