And they are making fast progress on the new rentals going up on the old Cindercrete site on University Park Drive. Traffic in that Arens Road-Costco corridor is only going to get worse.

Not looking forward to traffic there at all. Does anyone know if the city ever had plans for some sort of over pass along fleet/university park drive over Victoria ave? That intersection gets backed up constantly. With traffic from people leaving Costco merging with oncoming traffic, it becomes a nightmare.
