Haven't been back to the city for a while (the first post could be outdated). Just list any major projects i missed/should take off and i'll update the first post.

UofR Residence Towers are under construction

Canterburry Tower is defunct (not happening). A seniors complex has been built where this tower was proposed.

Other approved/current projects within the city that I can think of:

Cathedral Area Safeway completed
Fontaine Bleu Condos, Harbour Landing (do they still have a tower crane there?)
Hotels at Dewdney & Lewvan (Did this replace the office building at 4210 Dewdney as listed?), and Albert & 25th, whatever their respective brands are (Hilton, Marriott).
West and East Bypasses, with the West under ongoing construction, and the East one just finalizing approved alignment, and won't start for another couple years.

Among longer term proposals:

RRI, don't forget Taylor Field Neighbourhood and Railyard Renewal projects.
Connaught School replacement. I thought there was mention of new elementary or high schools proposals as well, instead of just redistributing current catchment loads.
Do the proposed bedroom communities (within Regina's CMA) of Wascana Village or Clear Vistas count? Are they even alive still?

As of last week, Fontaine Bleu still had a tower crane. (As did the RCMP.)

FCC II and the Leg should be receiving their cranes as well. (Very soon.)
