Any corporate center is disgusting - and not merely because they take away from the downtown. I get we can't have every commercial office space in downtown SLC. The problem is that corporate centers are space wasters and don't engage any city whatsoever. They're isolated, one-trick monstrosities that 🞵🞵🞵🞵 life out of any city they're located in.
Imagine if, instead of a corporate center, these offices were built in a downtown-like fashion for the area? Mix them with parking, retail and residential.
But this is such wasted space.
