Sure the townhouses will be good for the maybe 4-8 houses situated in front of them, but it appears the rest of the street is S.O.L.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on how good it looked. The building was falling apart (condemned actually) and the parking lot was quite clearly visible behind the trees and chain link fence, particularly in any season other than summer.

Not sure what you mean about 4-8 houses. Basically every house on Holmwood will be situated across from the townhouses.
