It is a real proposal that has been worked on for some time now.....it has a lot of hurdles to cross first however.
With both you and Viking saying this thing is real I am now genuinely excited for this project. And yes it has become my fav project . Seeing a tower on waterfront was a dream I didn't think would ever come true. And it's in the perfect spot!!!!!!!
