Sorry for my ignorance on this one, but the parkade you speak of. Is this the same one that has had ongoing discussions and proposals, the James Ave parkade? As in James at Amy, the same location as the proposed Pumphouse thing?
Just to clarify for myself. I've been away for the last month and a bit and am also having computer issues at the same time. So I've been doing a lot of mobile SSP'ing.
