“We don’t vote for judges” is a cop-out. The federal Liberals amended and shaped the federal bail framework and the BC NDP runs the provincial justice system and prosecutions, so pretending elected governments have nothing to do with repeat violent offenders being released over and over is just dishonest.

Canadians need to take some responsibility for the consequences of the governments they repeatedly vote for.
