In what feels like a small but noteworthy win, a 12 story affordable housing development is proposed directly north of the Vermont/Beverly Station. It will offer 113 units(Up from an original 60), has No parking attached and would replace a former commercial structure.

Even though it's nothing spectacular on its own, these smaller, transit friendly projects are the kind of development I'd always hoped for more of in LA
