Because money supply expansion
is the pre-eminent cause.
That's why all prices went up. If there was a microeconomic housing crisis, then food prices wouldn't have spiked in tandem.
All prices are up. Because the leading cause was a macroeconomic currency issue. Not a micro sector specific issue.
This matters. Because the response to the last crisis is what
caused the current crisis.
And what is the response to the current, man-made crisis in party platforms? The
same response as the last one! Which will create a future affordability crisis down the road.
