If you aren't adapting to the demands of the electorate in todays 24hr news cycle political climate you are losing. Remember when there was people who thought Carney not doing the TVA debate meant the campaign was doomed? Now no one is talking about it.
Rather than make it about principles conservatives should be celebrating a win of forcing the liberals closer to the center on some issues. But everything is always attack attack attack and their negativity is why the polling is where it is.

Good call… I was going to use that TVA debate acceptance/decline as an example.
Another one when he was in Edmonton saying there’d be no set date for emissions cap, then a day later he said there would be.
Or even up to 2 months ago that he trumpeted the carbon tax, then goes ahead and cancels it because it is too divisive.
What do people think the timeline will be for when Carney repeals the carbon tax law? Or was the “canceling” the carbon tax just another game he is playing simply to get elected? I doubt he will outright repeal the law. I predict he will re-implement it. Not entirely sure when though (likely when US tariffs are no longer)…
