If these horrifically-little windows for a street-facing institutional building is what it takes to incrementally reduce energy consumption and climate change... yeah, I rather take the climate change. Over-emphasis on this one KPI at the expense of occupant comfort, natural daylight, architectural design and active streetfronts, is really missing the forest for the trees. What an eyesore especially for Coal Harbour
