There's a lot of heritage in Strathcona but there's also a lot of more newer infill/Vancouver Specials etc. I mean the existing public housing coops would probably be the best sites and they are closest to transit. You also have the No 1 firehall possibly leaving and the huge community garden if you really wanted to build hospital focused housing.
