Fair questions.

It is difficult to come up with the perfect definition of what should constitute the real size of an urban area. Your points about Hanwell, Rothesay and Quispamsis are well taken. This is a flaw in the POPCTR.

By the same token however, why is Elgin considered part of the Moncton CMA when Shediac is not? This is nonsensical. The CMA is not a perfect metric either.

How do we reconcile these discrepancies???
