A friend attended a community engagement session hosted by Landmark Planning the other day about 757 St Joseph. Two concepts were presented: a 7-storey building or a 9 storey. The parking would be underground with access from the back lane.

Apparently the usual concerns (parking, shadows, etc.) all came up. StreetSide is aiming to submit a development application to the city over the winter. Will keep an eye on this one.

That'll be the biggest development yet in the area! Hopefully not blank walls on the street.
