The old grain elevator land at Provencher and Archbald. So after all the years of effort to sell the land, demo the old elevator, etc. Waiting and waiting. There was a contractor in an old bobcat stripping topsoil in the pouring rain yesterday. lmao. Of all the days and time to pick, it was yesterday afternoon. Was hilarious haha.
