I get the PC fundraising emails and its all about HST, cost of living and carbon tax. But those emails are more designed to get the vote out than to convince anyone to switch teams.

Agreed. broad based advertising by the PC's seems to be all about fiscal issues, taxation and "reminding" people of the Liberals "Tax and Spend" reputation.
I expect the PC's will allow713 stuff to speak for itself for the right wing base to whom it would appeal and not raise the issue more broadly.
I'm a little surprised Liberals haven't pushed more on the issue.
