This is from Mayor Dawn Arnold's update of the city council meeting this evening. There is a request for rezoning for
this development:
This proposal is for the east side of McLaughlin Drive, just to the south of the TCH, and would be eminently visible to passing traffic on the highway.
Looks like 3 six storey apartment buildings, 1 four storey building and a series of townhomes. several hundred new housing units at least.
I imagine there will be more details in the package for the December PAC meeting.
