It's strange, we have lots of people walking in downtown but we don't have lots of people sticking around in these spots. Is it marketing failure, is the independence mall, is it the Philadelphia being represented poorly? It's strange that we don't have more foot traffic in that area.
I would like Philly to turn independence mall more into a park and reimagine the liberty bell attraction. Maybe that way we the Bourse can attract more tenants. Maybe throw a starbucks inside the Bourse to kickstart more foot traffic.
