This building is one of the Gothic pillars of downtown Moncton (others being the Assomption Basilica, old Moncton High School and Castle Manor). The others have all been saved. There is no way in hell this building will be bought and torn down. This building must be saved based on historical and architectural merit.

Personally, I think this building could be easily repurposed fir something like a high end restaurant. The location is ideal for something like that. In fact, I think the investors they are looking for for Baton Rouge should consider this building. What do you guys think????
