I didn't include the Hilton Garden Inn because construction is truly imminent (V Hotel to be demolished next month), but I wouldn't be surprised if this was on the list of projects taking advantage of development incentives.

The Aquilini Block remains an unknown. They own the whole block where the Crowne Plaza Hotel sits on, and this has to be one of the most prime development opportunities in the entire downtown core given it's proximity to the Avenir Centre. There has however never been any mention of any development on this block since it's consolidation, and this has been the case for at least the last 5-6 years.
As for the "Harper Building" also mentioned above by
Budyser, I think this falls within the realm of "urban legend"............
