There is an unusual concentraton of grocery stores at the mall all between Kingsway and Beresford (other than the Save-on),
rather than being distributed around the area.
That one of the odd things about Metropolis - it has grocery stores (3 of them!) with direct mall access - versus other "high end" malls.
As it becomes more of a downtown - when broken up - I expect that rents will become too expensive for grocery stores.
