I drive by Plan B 1/2 dozen times during the day because I live near by. This is getting to be an eye sore. Once in a while there are contractor trucks around appearing to do some work, then crickets on some weeks. I'm not even sure if the bar is even open now.
They could have reached the point of interior renos and waiting for the weather to finish up the exterior. Either that or, ran out of money to renovate.
The For Lease sign could be for the former tattoo space and or for the upstairs.
