Give me his info.. And I will surly put pressure on him to do something about it... Because he is going to get his ass sued off when it falls on someone... I can't believe a safety inspector or something hasn't noticed it... It's hanging right over a public sidewalk... I'm sure it looked nice at one point... But it's been neglected and can't be left like that...
If someone were actually willing to spend money to renovate that building... I would be all for it.. But I'm not willing to let it sit there rotting away for another 10 years.
I do think it will be tore down along with the whole northern portion of that block for the CCH.
