I remember going to Millennium Park late on a Sunday night and my (Mexican) wife asking if there was some Mexican event, bc there were masses of Mexican-American families. I think it was just a random summer Sunday night. It was also pretty late, so we guessed a lot of the visitors were in industries where you don't have to be in bed early for Monday office job, and so late night was available family time.
I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes majority Hispanic in next decade. They're replacing black and white enclaves.
