Philadelphia

Baltimore - I
Baltimore - II

I'd also never been to Philadelphia before, so I took Amtrak from Baltimore's Penn Station to Philadelphia's 30th Street station.

Anyway, here's a brief overview of what I saw:

30th Street station

Philadelphia Museum of Art

Looking down Benjamin Franklin Parkway

From the observation deck at city hall (sorry about some of the reflection)

Back on the ground

Society Hill

Penn's Landing

Elfreth's Alley

Chinatown

And that's all for now!

I may have just impregnated my computer.

That city speaks to me in ways I can't describe. I haven't been there in about four years and am excited to go back in May!

Thanks, everyone!

Parkway, I opened up the window to my hotel room (by Rittenhouse Square) and that's what I saw. At first, it looked terrible, but as I looked closer, it was rather nice.

I also took photos 3, 4, and 5 from the same window, just looking off to the sides.

It's been over 6.5 years since I was last in Philly. I would really love to get back there for a visit some day soon. Thanks for posting these great photos. The old colonial row houses and horse carriage streets are gorgeous!
