Fence is up for Park Place on the SE and SW corners of Terrace/Apache. Tempe development map shows that they're in review for a building permit so I suspect we'll see the D'Lite building and the trailer park demo'd and construction starting any time.
Construction also seems to have started on the subsidized housing at Apache/River. And construction continues at Metro 101 at Apache/101.
Pretty cool to do Google Street View back to 2011 and see the amount of residential construction that has clustered around the light rail. Senior housing by the 101, Fore, Gracie's, Nexa all new since then. With Metro 101, Eastline Village subsidized housing and Park Place, there will continue to be construction for a while. And

if other projects that have been sitting in the pipeline for a while like the market rate Eastline Village buildings, Gilbane project, Daybreak Apartments, ArtHAUS project etc. get built, it could finally start to look like a nice, cohesive little corridor.
