Wow, that's just shy of CWB, making Pearl 8th tallest. Only 4m more and it would be as tall as Commerce!

I dont know about that. My bet is these guys want to get sales started prior to any condo tower that is associated with the arena. I guess the big question is how are sales going with the ultima?

Last I heard 75% firm sold or there abouts... maybe a bit higher.

I agree they would want to beat arena related development out of the gate.
