Glad you got the PM.

Some other things:

- AHD NW is now complete
- 122 St/Jasper development: no renders released, but you could mention Canadian Western Bank and the proposed (rumoured?) mixed use development with John Day
- Capital Blvd revitalization: http://www.edmonton.ca/city_government/planning_development/capital-boulevard.aspx
- Boyle Street Renaissance & Phase II:

http://archatb.com/?page_id=347
http://www.edmonton.ca/city_government/documents/Community_Ctr_YMCA__render_aerial.pdf
- maybe move Mayfair and the Pearl up to the top of "Mixed Use" so that the under construction stuff is first and foremost
- whatever happened to that proposed revitalization of the Grandin Mall in St. Albert with those nice looking condos? Not sure if info is available on that still, but if so, that would be cool to add to the list.
-Station Pointe/Ft. Road TOD http://www.stationpointegreens.ca/
- and the BIG one: Manulife II - THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDED!

http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=195035 (originally from ExcaliberKid I think)
161 M ish (Coldrsx estimates) and by AIMCo

So much proposed res, and seemingly little under construction? Developers can't get financing, or is demand not perceived?

Yeah, it's strange the glut of approved and proposed that just haven't gone anywhere (although a few are).

Actually, shouldn't the thread title be fixed? 2011-11 means that the thread will only last for another month and a half!

Speaking of Parkwood Tower, it looks like they are going to install marketing signage as they have put up two large posts on site.

I also noticed that Papa John's is taking up the retail bay next to MRKT.

Re: Holiday Inn Gateway Hotel

You can stick a fork in that one. It's done. There was a "coming soon" Holiday Inn sign on the site earlier this summer, but it has now been covered over with "free breakfast 7 km" and the Holiday Inn logo. I think the conversion of the Greenwood to a Holiday Inn is a factor. Too bad because I really want to see that old Husky lot developed.
