Wow, that's just shy of CWB, making Pearl 8th tallest. Only 4m more and it would be as tall as Commerce!

Excellent to see and while it might not be till next year SHO, surely exciting times for that 2 square blocks again.

I dont know about that. My bet is these guys want to get sales started prior to any condo tower that is associated with the arena. I guess the big question is how are sales going with the ultima?

Last I heard 75% firm sold or there abouts... maybe a bit higher.

I agree they would want to beat arena related development out of the gate.
