I'm not sure, but I think people are moving into the lower floors.

More and more units lit up when I pass in the evening.

Brookfield's a beauty alright. The roof may be a teeny bit suspect but the rest of her is stunning, a great example of simple yet elegant.
....and just like many supermodels, pretty vacant, too. I'll show myself out...

I wish we had some better cladding on the Toronto projects. I know its a condo to office comparison. But when you are paying $100 million or $200 million for an empty lot you should design better and with better materials. I will hold out some hope that one of the supertall projects can at least match the cladding of the Edmonton and Calgary projects. Better if two supertall projects start this year to improve our odds so 1 outta 2 is possible to have at least decent cladding.
